Subprocessor List
Pactly engages the third-party service providers listed below ("Subprocessors") to process personal data on our behalf in connection with delivery of the Pactly electronic signature platform. Each Subprocessor is bound by written agreement to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures and to process personal data only in accordance with Pactly's documented instructions.

Pactly will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any intended addition or replacement of a Subprocessor by email to the account's primary contact and via updates to this page.
